Qualifying Process

While we must adhere to Ohio law in our duties, we try to make the medical marijuana application process as quick and easy as possible for our patients. Following are the steps in the qualification process.

The most important step of this process is having proper medical documentation.

  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy
  • Epilepsy or Seizure Disorder
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Glaucoma
  • Hepatitis C
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease
  • Intractable Pain
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Positive Status for HIV
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Severe and Chronic Pain
  • Sickle Cell Anemia
  • Spinal Cord Injury/Disease
  • Tourette’s Syndrome

Step One: Medical Record Collection

The first step in the medical marijuana application process is documentation of your medical condition. In order for our staff to evaluate your case, your medical records must be current.
